You know when you see two of your friends whispering about something and hey won’t tell you what it was about? And you know when you can tell it was something serious because one of the friends is clearly very down and maybe scared about it? And all you want to do is help? And (s)he clearly wants to tell you, but doesn’t want to hurt the other friend so they stay silent and sad?

Well, after a couple weeks or so I think most people forget the incident. I however have remembered it for like two months, and still don’t know what happened. I’m concerned about both people involved, especially since one of them is my girlfriend. I randomly remember it at least once a day and it nags at me. We have zero secrets between us, except for that one and it’s REALLY annoying, and part of me feels separated because of it. I’m sure she has forgotten about it, but I can’t. I’ve “tried” to forget, but my mind just wont let it go. I hate this feeling! Gah!

I suppose I should talk to her about it, but I don’t want her to betray our other friend’s trust. It’s not fair of me to put my girlfriend in that kind of a position. It’s really not fair of the friend to put my girlfriend and I in this position, but that doesn’t change things. What should I do?
