Like seriously, I’m practically getting cock-blocked by my own girlfriend because she doesn’t understand when something is a sweet and enjoyable thing that a good boyfriend does.

Examples include:

Picking her up for MY family dinner tomorrow:
-She asked her mom to bring her.

Giving her my sweatshirt:
-She laughed at me and refused it assuming I just didn’t want it and wouldn’t be convinced otherwise.

Presenting her an adorable stuffed kitty with big adorable eyes:
-Says it’s super creepy and buys a nearly identical elephant. Then to make me feel better claims the elephant is creepy too…

Open door for her:
Breaks stride to avoid door I opened. (This one stopped though)

Why is so hard to be a gentleman and a good boyfriend.
